Directions

What You'll Need: 2 lbs small red potatoes. 1 pkg (16 oz) baby carrots. 1 medium onion, sliced. 1/2 lb mushrooms, quartered. 1 can whole peeled tomatoes, drained. 2-1/2 lbs bone-in chicken parts. 1 pkg Crock-Pot Savory Herb Chicken Seasoning Mix. 3/4 cup water. Directions: 1. Arrange vegetables in bottom of slow cooker. Place chicken pieces on top of vegetables. 2. Combine seasoning mix with 3/4 cup water and pour over chicken and vegetables. 3. Cover & cook 8 to 9 hrs on low or 4 to 5 hrs on high until chicken and vegetables are tender. Do not remove cover during cooking.
