Water, Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Soy Protein Isolate, Canola Oil, Vital Wheat Gluten, 2% Or Less Of: Rice Flour, Oat Bran, Methylcellulose, Salt, Oats, Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Ancient Grain Flour (khorasan Wheat), Spices, Quinoa Flour, Amaranth Flour, Millet Flour, Potato Starch, Natural Flavor, Leavening (sodium Bicarbonate, Cream Of Tartar), Yeast Extract, Titanium Dioxide (color), Yeast, Extractive Of Paprika (color), Lactic Acid.
Directions
Cooking Instructions: 16-20 mins. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Bake frozen plant-based tenders on a nonstick baking sheet for 16 to 20 minutes, turning once halfway through. Microwave (1100 watt)/Oven: Short on time? Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place two frozen plant-based tenders on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Transfer to a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once halfway through. Countertop Air Fryer: Arrange single layer of plant-based tenders on bottom of fryer basket or rack. Cook at 400 degrees F for 14 to 16 minutes. Remember: Let rest for 2 mins before serving. Do not overcook - it's not meat! For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F.
