Maruchan's Stir Fry Noodles With Seasoning Sauce Base. Tasty maruchan yakisoba is easy to prepare, and takes only a few minutes to make. It is perfect for a lunch time meal or as a side dish at dinner time.
Ingredients
Yaki-soba Noodle:
Wheat Flour, Water, Corn Oil, Salt, Potassium Carbonate, Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Phosphate, FD&C Yellow No.5.
Sauce Base:
Sugar, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Caramel Color, Dehydrated Worcestershire Sauce (Dextrin, Hydrolyzed Wheat and Soy Protein, Apple, Tomato, Vinegar, Sodium Acetate, Acetic Acid, Onion, Fumaric Acid, Carrot, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Celery, Corn Starch, Cabbage), Spices, Dehydrated Soy Sauce (Dextrin, Soybean, Wheat), Malic Acid, Garlic Powder, Rice Oil, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate.
Directions
Cooking directions for one serving: 1. Heat a little oil in frying pan and saute chopped vegetables, such as bears sprouts, cabbage, celery, mushrooms, onion and water chestruct. Cook until half done, then set aside. 2. In the same pan, heat one tablespoon oil and 1/4 cup water. Add Maruchan Yaki-soba and pan fry for 2-3 minutes, loosening noodles. 3. Add chopped vegetables and sprinkle sauce base of noodles. Stir fry until vegetables are done. Serve hot. Keep refrigerated. 3 Weeks after a thawing day, under 45°F.
