Directions
Cook Thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove plant-based roast from wrapper and place in a baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven. When cooled enough to touch, slice and serve with warm gravy. Microwave (1100 watt) / Oven Short on Time?: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove plant-based roast from wrapper and place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. Place in a baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven. When cooled enough to touch, slice and serve with warm gravy. Gravy: Place pack in bowl of hot water for 3 minutes to thaw. Stove Top: Pour sauce into small sauce pan. Heat on medium heat until hot. Microwave: Pour sauce into microwave safe bowl. Cover and microwave 3 minutes or until hot, stirring halfway through. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Remember: Let rest for 2 mins before serving. For ease in slicing, use a serrated knife. Do not overcook - it's not meat! For food safety and quality. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary.
