We were so taken by a delicious soup from our favorite Himalayan restaurant that we partnered with the owner to create a version with authentic Indian flavors. Now Amy’s customers can also enjoy this mildly spiced Golden Lentil soup made from organic red lentils and yellow split peas gently cooked with organic carrots, tomatoes and traditional spices.

Ingredients

Filtered Water, Organic Yellow Split Peas, Organic Red Lentils, Organic Carrots, Organic Tomato Purée, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Shallots, Organic Garlic, Sea Salt, Organic Spices, Organic Ginger, Organic Turmeric, Organic Black Pepper.

Directions

Shake before opening. Ovens may vary.

Microwave: Place soup in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover. Cook for 2 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Stir. Serve.

Stovetop: Heat soup in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.
