Water, Pea Protein, Canola Oil, Spices (black Pepper, White Pepper, Sage, Rosemary, Marjoram) Fava Bean Protein, Brown Rice Protein, Methylcellulose, Vinegar, Salt, Cane Sugar, Dried Garlic, Yeast Extract, Rice Concentrate, Flavor, Beet Powder (color).
Directions
Stovetop 1. Add 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of water to a pan. 2. Turn on heat to low-medium (medium if heating from frozen) and heat pan containing oil and water for 2 minutes. 3. Place patties in the pan, and cook for approximately 4 minutes (3 minutes if heating from frozen) on each side, until evenly browned and an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached. Microwave 1. Place single patty on microwave-safe plate. 2. Microwave 50 seconds at full power (60 seconds if heating from frozen) or until a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached. Oven wattages vary, cooking time approximate.
Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
