Directions

Safe Handling Instructions: Perishable - Keep refrigerated. If purchased frozen, thaw under refrigeration that maintains the food temperature below 41 degrees F and use within 10 days of thawing. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

Cooking Directions: Pre-heat cooking surface to a medium heat and coat with cooking oil. Place uncut plant-based patty on hot cooking surface. Cook thoroughly for about 3 minutes on each side.
