Escape the ordinary. Aloha! We're Bubbies and we love ice cream. Named after our founder's Grandma (Bubbie), we started making super premium ice cream back in 1985 on the beautiful Hawaiian Islands. Using only the highest quality ingredients, we've wrapped our delicious, super premium ice cream with a soft, sweetened dough called mochi for the perfectly proportioned bite of happiness. Over 30 years later we now make all our special frozen treats on the mainland to keep up with our growing demand, but we work tirelessly to ensure we keep the spirit of Aloha alive with every bite. Rest assured that on top of using only premium, high quality ingredients, our mochi ice cream is gluten-free, kosher and does not use ingredients genetically modified through the use of modern biotechnology. No rBST (Milk from cows not treated with rBST. No significant difference has been shown between milk derived from rBST-trated and non-rBST treated cows).

Directions

Mochi Lover's Tip: Let your mochi taw for 3-4 minutes before serving so it softens to its yummy best!
