Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Tapioca Starch, Malted Barley Flour, Sucrose, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Salt, Soy Lecithin Powder (soy Lecithin, Soybean Oil), Tricalcium Phosphate.


Directions

Keep frozen. Bake and serve. How to Thaw: Thaw times may vary depending on your equipment. Refrigerated: Place desired number of dough packages in refrigerator 7-8 hours or overnight. Do not unpack from plastic bag. Allow to stand at room temperature 30 minutes before using. Open plastic bag only when all other ingredients are prepared and you are ready to work. How to Use: 1. Carefully unroll dough sheets on flat dry surface. Remove desired number of sheets and immediately cover with plastic wrap and a damp towel. Re-roll any unused sheets; seal tightly in plastic bag and refreeze for up to 3 weeks or refrigerate for 3 days. 2. Use in your favorite phyllo recipe. Chef Tips: Per recipe, brush each layer of phyllo completely with melted butter or margarine. Be sure to brush last layer. Apply cool filling that isn't extremely moist. Brush assembled pieces with butter before baking. Bake on lightly greased baking sheet.
